The well-priced additions are all certified U.S.D.A. organic, and for once you can believe this claim; the company is currently suing others for misusing the word. “Unlike misbranded ‘organic’ products that aren’t certified under the U.S.D.A. National Organic Program, we do not use any synthetic silicone or hydrogenated oils, or petrochemical emulsifiers and preservatives that can cause adverse allergic reactions,” says David Bronner, the company president and grandson of the original doctor.
